Goal shows an on-screen celebration when a goal is scored in a live football match. We keep data to the minimum needed to run the extension.

What we store

• Your settings (enabled on/off, sound on/off) — stored locally in your browser.
• A random install ID generated on your device — not linked to your name or email.
• A short log of recently detected goals — stored locally so you can review them.

We do not collect your name, email, browsing history, or the contents of pages you visit. No analytics, no advertising trackers, no selling of data.

Network

The extension talks only to our own backend to fetch live match scores (the backend reads public football data from ESPN). On first install it also sends a one-time, anonymous ping (a random install ID, no personal data) so we can count total installs. That's it.
